This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through Bird Plant.
Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing & Production
Bird Plant offers a mix of artwork, including but not limited to.. original art, prints, apparel, books, hand made, and pre-made goods, third-party fulfilled products, pre-order items, and digital goods. Because of this, processing and delivery times vary depending on the product type.
Production and shipping timelines listed below are estimates and may change due to volume, materials, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control.
In-House Printed Artwork & Photographic Prints
Majority of our Artworks are printed, inspected, and packaged in-house under our supervision.
All prints are made to order. Slight variations in color, paper texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of fine art printing.
• Processing time: 3–4 business days
• Shipping time (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipment
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are clearly marked on the product page.
Estimated production and shipping timelines will be listed at the time of purchase. These dates are not guaranteed and may shift due to production, supply availability, or demand.
If an order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may ship together unless otherwise stated.
Digital Products & Digital Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.
• Delivery timeframe: Immediate to 24 hours after purchase
• In some cases (custom or manually delivered files): 1–3 business days
Because digital products are delivered electronically, all digital sales are final unless a technical issue prevents access or delivery.
Third-Party Fulfilled Products (Partner Manufacters)
Some items are produced and shipped by third-party fulfillment partners.
• Processing time: 5–12 business days
• Shipping time varies by partner and destination
These items may ship separately from our in-house products. Once an item has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping options, carriers, and rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.
International Shipping
Bird Plant offers international shipping on select items. Availability, shipping rates, and delivery timelines vary by product and destination and are shown at checkout.
Please note:
• International orders may take 2–4 weeks or longer to arrive
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price
• These fees are the responsibility of the customer
Bird Plant is not responsible for customs delays, refused packages, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.
Bird Plant is not responsible for carrier delays once an item is in transit, but we will assist with issues such as lost or damaged shipments when possible.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos (if applicable).
While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve issues when feasible.
